Pint-sized Chloe is an adorable scruffy-haired girl who recently got a hair cut. Chloe was adopted after we found her in the streets and held her for one month, looking for owners we never found. Her adopter called us heartbroken a few days ago and said due to serious health issues that make it difficult for her to walk, she needed to return Chloe to us. She said Chloe is the "perfect dog" who was so easy, she was sure she could still handle her despite her health issues. But she lives alone and didn't feel it was fair to Chloe, so she is back up for adoption!

This extra small cutie is sweet, playful, loving, good with kids, men, women, other dogs, and she barely makes a peep. She is a LOVE.
