Queenie was rescued from Downey Animal Shelter by another rescue in 2013 after having puppies at the shelter. She was very sick and rescue only. Once pulled, a foster nursed her back to health and pups were rehomed.
When her original rescue shut down, Queenie became a Cause Kid in 2015 and has grown old with us. She is now a little less active, a little hard of hearing, and takes allergy meds, and this older girl loves to cuddle and play with her humans. She has gained a few pounds with the rescue, so short daily walks needed.
She is wonderful with humans, and not good with other dogs or cats, so her future home needs to be as an only dog/only animal with an experienced Pitbull/Bully breed lover who understands the breed.
