SuziQ is a 19-lb butterball of love. She was surrendered to Cause for SB Paws because her owner could no longer care for her. She came to us severely overweight and bloodwork showed a possible thyroid issue; on thyroid meds, she is doing so much better! She is more active and has lost a few pounds. She needs a home with someone who is able to supply her thyroid meds for the rest of her life.

She is currently fostered at a groomer's house who has many different dogs in and out, so she is around different breeds and sizes. She isn't very tolerant of super playful, energetic dogs, and she does not enjoy when they get in her space. She prefers to cuddle with humans on the couch and enjoys her quiet time, so a house with no dogs or older, quiet dogs is ideal.
